Expenses

The cost of the trip will be $500 per person.

This amount covers:

• Accomodation for 2 nights

• Return shuttle up the mountain

• Breakfast both days

• Dinner on Friday night only

This amount should include:

• A $100 petrol contribution to the drivers of each car

The amount does not include:

• Ski passes - this is deliberately excluded to avoid buying full day passes for those who would prefer to sled, or sightsee only

• Dinner on Saturday night

The amount charged is estimated based on amount of attendees and is designed to provide certainty of the cost upfront. If money is left-over at the end of the trip, this will either be returned to each person or used to cover a portion of the dinner on Saturday (a group vote will be held on the night to decide).
